A participation fee covers one (1) scientific article as single or first author.

The fee includes: participation for a person in all sections activities, according to the conference program and the conference bag, collected in person at registration, including: conference program and promotional materials, access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner.

The reduced registration fee for students is granted based on the proof that the first author of the article is a student.

From Otopeni (Henri Coandă) airport: 783 or 780 express line to Free Press Square (Piata Presei Libere) + 41 tramway line (one stop - Agronomic Institute/Institutul Agronomic);

NOTE: All fares in regard to public transport cannot be paid directly to the driver. Tickets must be purchased from any STB ticket shop, online through the 24Pay application or paid directly with a contactless bank card (Mastercard, VISA, BCR). The price of one trip is 3 RON (aprox. 0,62 EUR) for all means of public transport, except the express lines 783 and 780 which have a fee of 3.5 RON (approx. 0.8 EUR).

By taxi:

From Otopeni Airport 15-20 minutes at noon and night, 30-40 minutes during rush hours (8:00-10:00 AM, 5:00-7:00 PM);

From North Railway Station 10-15 minutes at noon and night, 20-30 minutes during rush hours (8:00-10:00 AM, 5:00-7:00 PM);

NOTE: The taxi fare in Bucharest is between 2.44-2.99 RON/km (0.50-0.61 EUR/km). Taxis can be found in front of the airport exit. Be sure to check the fare on the taxi door before getting on. The average distance from Otopeni Airport to the city center is 18 km (50 RON ~ 10.26 EUR), and the distance from North Railway Station to the city center is 4.5 km (15 RON ~ 3.08 EUR).
